Notes:

Renting our projector, stand, screen and audio setup is simple! Use the calendar below to select the date and time you’d like to book the package for up to 4 hours, keeping in mind the 15-minute setup time we require. Be sure to specify your preferred connection options for the projector, such as HDMI, VGA, or DVI, as well as any required cable lengths and whether you are looking for a wired mic or the wireless option (for $40 more). If you’re interested in times outside the available booking slots, let us know in the “Notes” section—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
